At D' Clara, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high quality skincare products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is defective

  • Product is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and relevant details.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Allergic reactions or individual skin sensitivities, as skincare results may vary from person to person

We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before use.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by D Clara.

Orders Returned to Origin (RTO)

In many cases, courier partners attempt to contact customers before delivery. Orders may be returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Customer refusing the shipment

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to respond to courier communications

For such returned orders, refunds will only be initiated after the package has been successfully received back at our warehouse and inspected by our team.

Any shipping, handling, and return to origin charges incurred during the shipping process may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
